The SHI Suite Level in Q2 Stadium turns that connection into a tangible experience. Rutgers Partnership
Born and raised in New Jersey, SHI’s connection to Rutgers runs deeper than a sponsorship — it is part of who we are. SHI Stadium has been home to the Scarlet Knights since 2019 and reflects our shared New Jersey roots and long partnership. Rutgers alumni have shaped SHI’s success for more than 30 years, and today more than 400 of our New Jersey-based employees are proud RU graduates.

SHI Open
For one day only, SHI Stadium transforms into a unique nine-hole golf experience that blends sport, creativity, and technology. SHI Brand Ambassadors and LPGA pros Jennifer Kupcho and Gurleen Kaur, joined by Rutgers University Golfer Grace Lu, take on a custom-designed course that reimagines what’s possible in sports and technology.
SHI and Adaptive Technology
Born completely deaf, Brooke Thompson has relied on and often advocated for adaptive technologies like cochlear implants, closed captioning, and visual cues. For years, she raced without knowing strobe‑light start signals existed. Now a Deaflympics multi‑medalist, she champions access and inclusion in every lane she swims. Inspired by Brooke Thompson’s story, SHI champions access, visibility, and equal starts for every individual. By supporting technologies that remove barriers and empower end users, SHI helps organizations build environments where everyone can perform at their best.
Business to Golf at SHI
Golf isn’t just a game. It’s where relationships are built and business gets done. But with nearly 80% of golfers being men, too many women are left out of the conversation. That’s why SHI launched “Business to Golf” through our partnership with the LPGA, a program designed to equip women at SHI with the skills, confidence, and access to step into the game and new professional opportunities.
