SHI Integration Center
See your digital strategies come to life through our Integration Center – a 300,000-square-foot integrated facility where the equipment supporting your digital initiatives is housed, configured, and shipped. No matter the size or scope, we understand each of your organization’s projects is unique, with varying technology and technical requirements.
Customer Innovation Center
Staffed by seasoned IT experts and supported by industry-leading partners, our 8,000-square-foot Customer Innovation Center (CIC) is a sandbox where you can test new solutions. Whether you are seeking solution designs or going through the process of delivering a proof of concept, the CIC is where your digital transformation journey can begin.
Executive Briefing Center
Our spacious purpose-built conference and training center is a hub where you can take time to explore new technology horizons and build out your digital strategy. The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) is the ideal location to bring together your stakeholders for events ranging from tabletop shows to training sessions, quarterly business reviews and more!

Improving end user experience with Zero Touch X
SHI Integration Centers offer both on-site imaging and pre-shipping configuration as well as over-the-air provisioning. Combined with the ability to ship any type of end user device direct to your employees’ preferred delivery addresses, we can help dramatically simplify and accelerate the process of equipping mobile and remote workers with the devices and connectivity they need.
Accelerating data center provisioning
Our Integration Centers have the staff and facilities to process up to 150 server racks simultaneously. Servers and data center equipment can be built to the most exacting standards in SHI’s specialist processing rooms before being shipped in custom ultra-safe containers to anywhere in the world. On arrival, racks can simply be plugged straight in, ready to go.
