Thai Lee has been the CEO and President of SHI International Corp. since 1989. Under her leadership, SHI transformed from a $1 million reseller into a $13 billion global provider of information technology products and solutions with 35 offices around the world.

Koguan Leo started and founded SHI International Corp. in 1989. He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board. He graduated from New York Law School in 1985 with a Juris Doctor (JD) and Columbia University in 1982 with a Master of International Affairs (MIA). In his honor, KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University is named after him. He is also a Global Trustee Emeriti of Asia Society.

James joined SHI in August 2021 as Senior Vice President of Strategy before being named Chief Financial Officer in June 2022. As CFO, James centralizes controllership and strategic functions ensuring that SHI's financial position remains ready to support sustained growth.
James has more than 25 years' experience within the IT Industry and has held CFO and Senior Leadership positions with CDW, Cisco and Dell. Across his career, he has delivered Scale and Profitable growth through Sales Enablement, Strategic Partnerships and Operational Excellence. James is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance.

Dwight serves as Chief Information Officer and will be driving IT transformation efforts to support the growth and demand of the business. Dwight’s successful track record in technology management, business development, product development, security, and strategy will be instrumental in these transformation efforts as he oversees the developing, planning, securing, and implementation of technology to support our customers, partners, and employees that will ultimately accelerate SHI towards our business objectives.
Dwight is based out of Austin, TX, and prior to joining SHI, he held senior positions with organizations including Dell Financial Services, Presidio, and multiple early-stage venture-backed companies.

Kevin McCann

Kevin McCann
General Counsel
Kevin C. McCann is General Counsel of SHI International Corp. and its affiliates. Kevin is based in San Francisco and, before joining SHI, Kevin practiced for nearly 30 years as an attorney in private practice with major law firms in San Francisco, handling a broad range of complex business litigation matters, principally representing defendants in antitrust, unfair competition, trade secret, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.
Kevin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and all state and federal trial and appellate courts in California. He was selected by peers in the Antitrust bar as a "Super Lawyer" for Northern California in the area of antitrust litigation. Kevin holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, and an A.B. (maxima cum laude) from Carroll College in Helena, Montana.

As Sr. Vice President of Hardware Solutions and Services, Kapil is responsible for leading SHI's overall hardware, advanced solutions, and managed workplace services strategies and execution. He also manages the custom hardware configuration work performed at our Knox and Ridge integration centers.
A technology and business strategy veteran with deep experience in building distribution networks, sales strategies, and solution ecosystems that meet customer needs, Kapil came to SHI from Nokia, where he served in multiple roles across P&L ownership, strategic growth planning, customer delivery, and business transformation. After studying economics and engineering at Duke University, Kapil received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Matt joined SHI in 2020 with more than 20 years of B2B technology marketing experience. He was promoted to Vice President of Marketing in January 2022 and then in August 2022 became the overall leader of the marketing functions across SHI.
Today, he heads a team of 130 marketing professionals, working closely with SHI’s business and sales leaders to create and execute marketing strategies that support SHI’s growth across target markets in North America and around the world.
Prior to joining SHI, Matt held marketing and product leadership roles in a number of high-growth software companies as well as full-service technology marketing agencies.

In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ellen supports SHI's vibrant global community by listening to and learning from employees to celebrate our successes, influence positive action, and generate impactful change. With a focus on the Employee Experience as both an employee and a leader, Ellen's involvement has ensured SHI's Employee Resource Groups and Committees have thrived, offering inclusive spaces to celebrate and empower our diverse workforce.
Ellen began working at SHI in 1996, and has held leadership roles in Human Resources, Sales Support, Project Management, Recruiting, and Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Rutgers University.

Lei-Lei is responsible for talent acquisition across the United States, leading efforts to attract and recruit top talent to SHI. As a WiSH Board Member, she is active in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), culture, and well-being initiatives at SHI. She also oversees internal communications, ensuring employees are well-informed.
Since joining SHI in 2014, Lei-Lei has held leadership roles with Corp Events and Corp Sales Enablement. She also has experience in Channel Sales, Partner Operations, and Partner Marketing. Lei-Lei holds a degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.

As Senior VP, International and Global Programs, Celeste Lee's primary responsibility is to expand SHI's international sales and support capabilities around the globe. From SHI's Northern California office, Celeste oversees a highly skilled global team of Enterprise Account and Inside Sales Representatives who deliver SHI's software, hardware and IT professional services solutions to end users of the largest corporations around the world.
Prior to joining SHI in 1992, Celeste was a Public Relations manager with the Korea Explosives Group, a Managing Director for Korea Business World, a manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at SCI and an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America. She received her Bachelor's degree from Ewha Women's University in Seoul, Korea and a Master's from Harvard University.

As Senior Vice President, Global Accounts, Melissa Graham holds a leadership position in developing, fostering and strengthening SHI's partnerships with the most recognizable names in the industry. Melissa oversees a highly skilled team of Enterprise Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives who deliver software, hardware and IT professional services solutions and the highest level of comprehensive support to the largest corporations in the United States and around the world.
After joining SHI in 1989, Melissa has led (and in some cases, invented) various jobs needed to cover every aspect of SHI sales and customer support solutions. She started in Insides Sales, and eventually opened SHI's first West Coast office south of San Francisco. As SHI's Strategic Accounts Manager, Melissa worked with SHI's sales and IT departments to develop the original and innovative solutions still used to support the most complex IT organizations in the country.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, David Olzak has helped companies excel in sales methodology, process improvement, consulting services, and building technical sales teams in cloud, cybersecurity, collaboration, IoT, and managed services.
At Stratascale, an SHI company, he is responsible for developing go-to-market and operational strategies for the company and its clients.
David comes to Stratascale from Trace3, where he served as Senior Vice President after a combined seven years leading national sales teams at Presidio and Bluewater Technologies.

As Senior Vice President – Public Sector, Denise Collison creates strategies that support SHI's development while guiding the Public Sector team in achieving SHI's mission. Committed to daily sales activities, Denise strengthens SHI's partnerships with customers, vendors and OEMs. One of Denise's most vital roles is caring for the well-being of all team members by creating initiatives like 'Well-being Workshops' and 'Employee Good News' videos.

In his role as Corp Sales Sr. Vice President – Enterprise, Eric leads and develops high-performing sales leaders and sales teams. He is responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of results in the Enterprise segment. His track record includes over 20 years of demonstrable revenue and profit growth, account acquisition, penetration, and retention across the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
Eric joined SHI in 2010 after spending eight years with Softchoice in a variety of sales and sales leadership roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Georgia..

Brian is an experienced people leader with a demonstrated history of execution in technology sales. In his current role, he is responsible for Commercial and SMB sales, alongside Sales Enablement for SHI.
Since joining SHI in 2012, Brian has held a variety of sales, technical, and leadership roles. In the process, he's become adept at building teams, developing leaders, creating efficient sales processes, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Brian is a graduate of the University of Houston and currently resides in Austin, TX.

As Vice President for Inside Sales, John D'Aquila oversees a team of more than 350 inside sales employees responsible for day-to-day sales and customer support activities with a focus on ever-increasing growth, efficiency and collaboration.
John joined SHI in 2001 as an accounts receivable representative. He later supported SHI's e-commerce platforms in various roles for 13 years before taking over the Enterprise inside sales department.
John graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in management science and a Master of Science in management information systems.

Ryan Sheehan is the Senior Vice President of the Advanced Solutions Group. He is responsible for the Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organization, Post Sales delivery & MSP practices, as well as overall technical strategy for SHI's Corporate sales teams.
Ryan joined SHI in 2009 after a three-year stint at Softchoice. Prior to that, Ryan spent nearly 10 years in IT leadership for a dynamic financial services company in Austin, TX.
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology. He is involved in foster care and enjoys volunteering in his local community.

As Vice President of Hardware and Advanced Solutions, Bill Wyckoff oversees a department that manages OEM partner programs and relationships, supporting SHI's customers' and partners' presales technical needs.
Bill's teams work closely with SHI's sales teams and major hardware suppliers to provide expert technical and program support for our customers' integrated hardware solutions.
Bill joined SHI in 1993 and held various roles in procurement and sales before focusing on partner and product management.
Bill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University.

As Vice President of Operations, Steve Alt oversees the operation and maintenance of SHI's buildings and infrastructure. His responsibilities include real estate, facilities maintenance and operation of the SHI Integration Center, including warehousing, configuration and returns.
Steve joined SHI in 1994 as an inside sales representative and quickly became a manager. In response to the growing size and scope of SHI's sales organizations, Steve founded the SHI facilities department which today manages 33 SHI locations worldwide, including our HQ locations, corporate Austin call center and the Integration Center.
Before coming to SHI, Steve served honorably in the United States Army and graduated magna cum laude from Kean University with bachelor's degrees in political science and public administration.

With over thirty years of IT and management experience, Mary Anne leads our Integration Data Center Services practice with an eye on emerging technologies that will strengthen our rack integration capabilities. Prior to joining SHI in 2011, Mary Anne spent eight years with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and fifteen years with AT&T honing her technical skills. Mary Anne holds a Master of Communication and Information Studies degree from Rutgers University.
